one knowledge at a time
I want to help people who, like me, 'have to' balance it all. Where the bulk of the housework is handled by us (why if we don't do it, nobody seems bothered?), we have some money but somehow cannot save much. So we stress about money too (again nobody seems stressed. Never mind, take it easy, they all say.)
We try to stay sane by pampering ourselves and treating ourselves right! We deserve it for our endless worrying!!! We occasionally swipe the health channel on social media, we sometimes go to the gym, we go through phases of impulse buying a heck of supplements that we don't know when to eat the pills before lunch or after lunch. In the end, we end up going around in circles and we spend all our precious money unnecessarily!

SHOULD I SPEND MY PRECIOUS MONEY TO MAKE MY ADULT SKIN BETTER?
In my experience: YES
How fast? FAST (within 1-3 months)
Pain factor = 4/10
Cost factor = 3/10
Lasting factor = 7/10
My personal opinion is that "generally speaking, treatments can solve the problem to a good extent."

SHOULD I SPEND MY PRECIOUS MONEY TO GROW NEW HAIR?
In my experience: YES
How fast? FAIRLY FAST (within 3-6 months)
Pain factor = 8/10
Cost factor = 8/10
Lasting factor = 5/10
My personal opinion is that "generally speaking, there is some improvement but a whole head of lush, full and long hair seems impossible. I'm prepared to go for hair weaving or to wear a wig next time."

SHOULD I SPEND MY PRECIOUS MONEY TO LOSE WEIGHT?
In my experience: NO
How fast? FAIRLY FAST (within 3-6 months)
Pain factor = 2/10
Cost factor = 10/10
Lasting factor = 0/10
My personal opinion is that "generally speaking, as a middle-aged woman, it is better to have some form of help with body sculpting than not."

SHOULD I SPEND MY PRECIOUS MONEY TO FIX WHAT IS GOING ON IN MY MOUTH?
In my experience: UNDECIDED
How fast? SLOW (within 12-60 months)
Pain factor = 5/10
Cost factor = 6/10
Lasting factor = 3/10
This is My Final Frontier.
My personal opinion is that "Knowing what I know now, I regret that I left oral care to the last of my priorities. If only I've known that oral health affects how I look, then I would have put equal emphasis here."
